The association between the STEAM Vision Foundation and Bhaskar Sansakar Kendra (BSK) at Parvatipur, North Lakhimpur, Assam, India, during our laptop distribution project has been nothing short of transformative.

Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ashok Warnekar, Bhaskar Sansakar Kendra has dedicated itself to uplifting the children of tea estate workers, who have historically been marginalized for nearly two centuries.

With a population of 60-70 lakhs, this community faces significant educational and economic challenges. Recognizing the potential to make a lasting impact, the STEAM Vision Foundation, in collaboration with BSK, took a proactive approach by establishing the Bhaskar STEAM Lab.

This partnership aims to provide 21st-century education to deserving students, introducing STEM through a comprehensive STEAM education program. The lab equips students with a diverse skill set, including technical and soft skills, communication, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and more.

These essential tools not only prepare students for academic success but also enable them to thrive in the dynamic and demanding modern world.
