STEAM Prangan

In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Steam Vision Foundation introduced "Steam Prangan," a monthly online Zoom activity that serves as a replica of a town hall meeting.

The inception of Steam Prangan in June 2020 was driven by the necessity to maintain engagement with students, interns, mentors, and well-wishers when traditional avenues were disrupted. Each session of Steam Prangan features a distinguished speaker from various facets of the education ecosystem.

The speakers include research scientists, social entrepreneurs, Padma Shri winners, yoga experts, and more, offering diverse perspectives on education. Notably, Dr. Ujjwal from the USA and Dr. Chewang Norphel, a Padma Shri awardee, have been among the esteemed guests.

One of the remarkable aspects of Steam Prangan is its reach. Attendees join from various cities across India and abroad, creating a global and inclusive platform. With over 175 attendees participating in each session, Steam Vision Foundation has successfully facilitated an enriching experience for both the organization and its participants.

The interactive nature of Steam Prangan is highlighted through Q&A sessions at the end of each event, fostering a dynamic and engaging dialogue between the speakers and the audience. This initiative has not only bridged the physical gaps imposed by the pandemic but has also become a source of knowledge, inspiration, and collaboration within the education community. Steam Prangan stands as a testament to Steam Vision Foundation's commitment to innovation and adaptability in the face of unprecedented challenges.
